NASA launches study on Jupiter

NASA launches probe to study closely Juno Jupiter

NASA probe launched Friday with the aim of Juno JUPITER ry figure out what is inside the gas planet, how much water it contains and what role in the formation of the solar system.

Juno left on an Atlas V rocket, equipped with five solid-fuel boosters from the Kennedy Space Center at NASA's Cape Canaveral (Florida), with a few minutes late after detecting a leak of helium into the rocket, confirmed the space agency, did not affect any of its systems.

It is expected that the probe reaches the orbit of Jupiter in July 2016 , after about 2800 million km, and for years the planet Earth will fly 33 times a height of about 5,000 kilometers of the giant planet, eleven times the Earth in search of answers.
